Chef Thomas a Syrian Christian from Kerala has been delighting friends and family with his Malabar fare for many years. Uncle Tomz was setup as a cloud kitchen in 2023, aided by Chef Avantika and the team at Uncle Tomz. With instant success from all who have experienced this very unique menu, Uncle Tomz was very quickly invited to setup up Pop- Ups the leading Calcutta clubs and has been greatly appreciated by a discerning clientele at all the top clubs of the city.

Uncle Tomz decided to extend the offering by going online on Swiggy and Zomato to equally appreciative customers who have been coming back regularly for more. Continuous menu updates and menu enhancements have been a stand out feature for Uncle Tomz and continue to delight customers with its authentic home-style Malabar fare.
